At Exceed SCITT we are dedicated to providing high-quality, school-led teacher training for SCITT Teachers in Yorkshire. We embrace continuous improvement and believe in providing a bespoke approach, tailoring our programs to meet the distinct needs of both individual teachers and local schools. 

Our mission is to train committed and passionate professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional education to every child. We foster collaboration through a partnership with schools and have developed a strong network of expert tutors able to deliver high-quality training. At the heart of our ethos is the championing of continuous learning, creating a culture of ongoing improvement to support teachers throughout their careers, from SCITT through ECT and beyond.

• We’re school centered. All our programmes are planned and delivered by schools. We have an integrated approach so you know two schools well, helping you become an inspirational trainee teacher more rapidly.
• We’re teachers. We do the job everyday. We can bring you real life examples and immerse you in the school experience. We bring excellent practitioners from the classroom, teachers and school leaders, to share their knowledge and expertise with you. Supporting you and the children to excel.
