Exceed SCITT and Partnership
Exceed SCITT and Exceed Teaching School Hub offer primary and secondary teacher training in Bradford, Keighley, Craven and Leeds. In primary, we offer a 3-7 and 5-11 programme along with a Primary with SEND programme for those interested in specialising in Special Educational Needs and Disabilites. Regardless of whether you apply to Exceed SCITT (Accredited Provider) or Exceed Teaching School Hub (Lead Partner) you will experience the same high quality programme. Trainees on both these training programmes train together. The schools serve inner-city Bradford, Keighley, Craven and Leeds providing high quality training opportunities across a diverse partnership. Opportunities include working with children where English is not their first language, pupils who are new to English and working in schools in challenging socio-economic areas. There is also opportunity to work in schools in contrasting schools and settings.
The training places available
Exceed SCITT offer tuition fee funded provision in the 3-7 and 5-11 age range along with the Teacher Apprenticeship. They also offer Secondary programmes for those interested in teaching 11 to 16 year olds.
Exceed Teaching School Hub offer tuition-fee-funded and salaried provision in the 3-7 and 5-11 age range.
All provision leads to QTS and a PGCE.
